Jefferson Parish Employees Federal Credit Union (JPEFCU) is seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist to install, maintain and repair computer and telephone systems, and to resolve end-user issues. The role includes supporting hardware, software and network-related problems and helping implement new solutions to increase productivity.
You will work onsite, perform routine desktop imaging, manage accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, and provide training to staff.
