Job Summary

Flex Force Pros is seeking a growing manufacturing operation is seeking a detail-focused Wire Fabrication Technician to support the production of electrical wiring and cable assemblies. This position plays a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality wire products used in commercial and industrial applications.

• Measure, cut, strip, and terminate wires and cables to exact specifications
• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using hand tools and light equipment
• Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and basic schematics
• Conduct quality inspections to verify accuracy, secure connections, and adherence to standards
• Label, bundle, and package completed assemblies for distribution
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
• Comply with all safety practices and operational guidelines

• Education:
  
  High School Education or GED required

• Prior experience in wire fabrication, electrical assembly, or a related role is beneficial
• Comfortable using hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, and cutters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Able to follow written instructions and measurements accurately

• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring systems
• Experience with wire labeling, color coding, and organization
• Background working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Ability to lift 40pounds regularly without assistance
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working in a light industrial and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
