Warehouse Associate and Non CDL Delivery Driver

Truck Driving duties include delivering material, product and equipment within the sales territory for the distribution center. Must be over the age of 21, have a valid driver's license with a clear 7-year driving record, and be able to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen. Warehouse duties include using an RF scanning system to stock and pull materials, equipment, and other items for shipping or delivery.

$16 - $17 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

• Sit‑down Forklift: 1 year (Required)
• Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
• Box Truck Driving: 2-3 years (Preferred)
• Materials handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• RF Scanner: 1 year (Preferred)

• Make deliveries daily to customers in the sales territory efficiently, minimizing time away from the warehouse while driving safely and courteously.
• Report any mechanical issues with the delivery vehicle to the supervisor immediately.
• Deliver or route materials to the shipping or delivery area in the warehouse, using work devices such as hand‑trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Examine pallet loads and package contents to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment against records such as manifests, invoices, or orders.
• Confirm and correspond with supervisors or sales representatives to resolve problems such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance specifications.
• Stock material, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
• Pull orders and stage material in shipping or delivery area using work devices such as hand‑trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and lift‑trucks.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Clean 7-year driving history with no DWI.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Comfortable walking and standing for more than 80% of the work day.
• Ability to read a map and follow directions to customer sites.
• 2-3 years of box truck driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a sit‑down forklift.
• Good knowledge of basic math and reading skills.
• Active listening skills for effective communication.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
