Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Shipping / Courier Coordinator to join our team full‑time. This role is ideal for a responsible self‑starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the warehouse
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately shelve incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery
  • Pack and label outgoing UPS shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
  • Deliver and pick up merchandise between local retail locations
  • Deliver products to wholesale accounts and business partners
  • Safely operate the company delivery van for local transportation of goods
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and report repair needs for the company vehicle
  • Assist with general warehouse operations and support team members as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Basic computer skills; training on company‑specific software will be provided
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory as required
