St Jansdal Ziekenhuis zoekt een HR-professional die energie krijgt van dienstverlening en het continue verbeteren van processen en systemen. Je ondersteunt dagelijks collega’s en bouwt mee aan de digitalisering van HR, binnen een hybride werkomgeving.
Je combineert operationele HR-werkzaamheden met proces-/systeemtaken in een toekomstige verdeling van 50-50. Ervaring met AFAS is een pré; salaris ingedeeld volgens schaal 45 FWG 3.0, 36 uur per week, met vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering.
