Location: Tottenham

Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) – Up to £28,000

The nursery hums with activity as children move between rooms and the outdoor area. You will be hands-on in care and learning, supporting children’s development, keeping accurate observations, and working with colleagues to ensure each day runs smoothly and provides a new adventure and opportunity to learn.

  • Salary up to £28,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days

What You’ll Need
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Proven nursery or early years’ experience
  • Understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding
  • Confidence delivering care and learning independently
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver hands-on care and support to children in line with EYFS principles
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s development accurately
  • Plan and adapt activities according to children’s interests and needs
  • Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to organise daily activities and room setup
