Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established nursery in Tottenham for an experienced and passionate individual to take on the role of Nursery Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of a thriving Early Years setting.
Your Role Will Include:- Managing the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the staff team
- Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and education
- Maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Building strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Overseeing staff development, training, and performance
- Proven experience in a senior nursery role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- In‑depth knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding
- Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Professional, reliable, and approachable
Location:
Tottenham
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
