Experienced Hair Stylist – Drybar Harker Heights (Grand Opening Team)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $35 – $48 per hour (includes base pay, tips, bonuses, and retail commission)

Drybar is more than just blowouts. We’re on a mission to make people feel confident and beautiful — inside and out. At Drybar Harker Heights, we’re assembling a high-energy team of experienced stylists to help us launch our brand-new location opening August 8th.

What You’ll Earn:
Our stylists average $35–$48/hour, made up of:

• Base pay of $13–$15/hr
• Tips (a significant % of each service)
• $5–$10 bonus for every membership you help sign up
• 10% retail commission
• 1 client serviced per hour on average
• 30-minute lunch with no more than 8 hours per shift

What You’ll Do:

• Perform amazing blowouts and styling (no cuts or color!)
• Deliver a top-tier guest experience every time
• Recommend products and memberships confidently
• Work efficiently and professionally with teammates

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid cosmetology license
• At least 1 year of experience behind the chair
• Weekend availability (minimum 3 weekends/month)
• Professionalism, reliability, and a great attitude
• Team players who thrive in a branded, fast-paced space
