Occupational Therapist

Centex Rehabilitation provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to patients of all ages in Harker Heights and Belton, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at our Harker Heights, TX location. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities. This role involves working closely with children to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and overall quality of life. Collaboration with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team is also an essential aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and rehabilitation practices
• Understanding of medicine and its application in occupational therapy
• Experience working with pediatric patients and addressing developmental needs
• Strong communication skills for engaging patients, families, and team members effectively
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Advanced certifications or specialized experience in specific therapy areas, such as pediatrics or sports rehabilitation, is a plus
