About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Clear Sky Rehabilitation Hospital of Harker Heights, you will provide hospital‑level clinical care to patients with complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and lines, tubes and drains management.
The facility offers collaborative interdisciplinary care with PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers, and more. Shift structure: 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week, rotating weekends and holidays with differential pay.

- Advanced Clinical
Experience:
IVs, trachs, wound care, lines, tubes, drains - Schedules: 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week, rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay
- Current RN license (State of Texas)
- CPR required; ACLS & BLS preferred
- 1+ year of experience preferred (acute care a plus)
- CRRN preferred
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Fine and gross motor skills
- Ability to operate equipment and computer systems
- Visual and auditory acuity for safe patient care
- Possible exposure to bodily fluids

Hours:
12‑hour shifts, 7‑7. Full Time: repeating schedule every four weeks; nurses work one weekend per month and have 7 days off in a row every month. PRN: 3 shifts per month, one weekend. One holiday per year.
Base compensation range: $37.91–$47 per hour depending on years of experience.
