Launch your career in energy sales with Reliant! This role is to represent and promote Reliant Energy services at a Walmart retail setting, engaging customers and driving new enrollments. You will earn an average of $1,000–$1,350 per week with uncapped commission and a $16.00/hr base guarantee.

• Identify needs and handle objections
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates

• No door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing

• Strong experience in retail/event sales or event marketing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup and teardown of events
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
