Operation Coordinator

Roto-Rooter South Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Managing and tracking purchase orders (POs)
• Coordinating projects and operational workflows
• Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting
• Supporting field and office teams with scheduling and communication
• Utilizing Salesforce and other business systems to track activity and performance
• Assisting leadership with operational and administrative tasks

• Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
• Background in AP/AR and administrative coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
• Prior operations, dispatch, or service industry experience is a plus
