Administrative Assistant​/Bookkeeping

Full job description

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper to assist in the daily accounting functions and administration of our organization. Tasks include general office work such as answering phones, organizing employee information/documents and filling out/filing forms. The successful applicant will have excellent administrative skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.

• Communicate with other employees and management.
• Quickbooks Experience
• Mineral Tree Experience Preferred
• Sage Experience Preferred
• Schedule using Microsoft Outlook Calendar
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Experience
• Assist with daily operations of the accounting team
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to customers
• Be able to work with confidential information (pass background check)
• Manage personal tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Be able to organize the office space and ensure that the office is clean and orderly at all times.
• Handle incoming calls and emails.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
