The Benefits Assistant position is a full-time administrative role based in Harlingen, TX. It is an employment of First Financial Group of America but will work within Harlingen CISD to oversee benefits enrollment for new hires and present information at annual enrollment meetings.
You will work with our third-party administrator to ensure benefits are processed accurately and perform other administrative duties as assigned by Harlingen CISD.
