Senior Estimator

A well-established Texas-based General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator / Preconstruction professional to support its growing South Texas operations.

This is a key hire driven by increased project awards and future pipeline, not a backfill. The successful individual will play a central role in winning work and shaping pursuits across the region.

• Lead and manage GC estimating efforts from early conceptual budgeting through final bid
• Own pursuits on projects typically in the $50M–$150M+ range
• Work closely with operations, subcontractors, and design partners
• Support bidding across Education, Healthcare, Civic, and Corporate markets
• Contribute to long-term preconstruction strategy and workload planning

• Strong General Contractor estimating experience (end-to-end ownership required)
• Comfortable leading large, complex pursuits independently
• Experience in public or institutional work is highly relevant
• Candidates with prior operations exposure (PM / Superintendent) are a plus
• Subcontractor-only or heavy industrial backgrounds are unlikely to be a fit

• Role is 100% in-office (South Texas)
