Utility Construction Laborer
The Utility Construction Laborer performs general labor duties in support of underground utility installation crews. This role is essential to maintaining safe, productive, and organized jobsites.
Location:
Harlingen, TX (project anticipated to be over one year in duration with travel opportunities available after project completion)
Job Type: Full-Time

- Assist crews with excavation, utility installation, and cleanup
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain safe and clean work areas
- Assist with trenching and back filling operations
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work long shifts
- Team player with positive attitude
