Aaron’s Customer Account Advisor role focuses on coaching customers to manage lease payments and renewals while delivering 100% satisfaction with our products. You will build relationships by phone and in person to help customers move toward ownership and benefit from our flexible lease options.
The position requires strong communication, empathy, and multi‑tasking skills, with benefits and incentive pay available based on performance, and a pay range of $12.25 to $13.00 per hour.
