Required Skills:

• Board certification in Pathology (Anatomic and Clinical)
• Strong diagnostic skills in gynecologic and surgical pathology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and pathology software

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Subspecialty training or experience in gynecologic pathology
• Experience with digital pathology tools
• Research or publication experience in pathology

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with appropriate pathology certification
• Minimum 3 years of post-certification clinical experience
• Proven track record in a hospital or academic setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work standard hospital hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm) with on-call after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to participate in hospital and departmental meetings
• Valid medical license and board certification
• Availability to start by January 21, 2026
• Willingness to travel or accept reimbursements for licensure, certification, and travel expenses where applicable

Compensation for this role is set at $1.00 per hour, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other relevant expenses when applicable.
