Harlingen Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join and help grow its pulmonary and critical care service line. This position offers a balanced mix of ICU coverage and pulmonary medicine in a supportive, community-based hospital setting.

Responsibilities- Provide inpatient critical care services, including ICU coverage
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pulmonary conditions
- Perform pulmonary and critical care procedures consistent with training
- Collaborate closely with hospitalists, surgeons, emergency medicine, and specialty teams
- Participate in call rotation as assigned
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Fellowship training in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care
- Eligible for or current Texas medical license
- DEA license or eligibility
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
