Associate Principal - Harlingen High School South

Assist the school principal in the overall administration of the instructional program and operations at the campus level. Coordinate assigned student activities and services.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification Requirements:
- Master's degree (Educational Administration preferred)
- Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certificate
- Dean or AP Experience
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- T‑TESS Certified
- Excellent communication skills, public relations and interpersonal skills
- Three years teaching experience at the secondary level of a public school
- Two years of experience in instructional, administrative leadership roles (example: Assistant Principal, Dean, Principal)
