Job Description
Please note that this requisition contains multiple locations but there is not an immediate opening for every location listed.
This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires completion of necessary licenses and training, and is subject to SAFE Act registration.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑management solutions).
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If 66 is not held, a condition is set to obtain a passing score within 60 days.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Sets and accomplishes goals, shows initiative, builds and nurtures strong relationships, collaborates effectively, communicates confidently, manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks, and executes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adapts to new information and seeks right solutions for clients; manages time and capacity efficiently; incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
- Bi‑lingual Spanish speaking.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- At least three years of experience in financial services or sales where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Obtained insurance licenses.

- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
This position is open for the entire market. The specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If hired, initial training will occur at one financial center, and the role may begin in a phone‑based capacity until a suitable local center is available.
