19 hours a week, $14 an hour, paid Bi-weekly
1st Client: 13 hours a week
2nd Client: 6 hours a week

SYNERGY Home Care offers:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide light housekeeping (laundry, linens, dishes, tidying)
- Offer companionship and ensure client safety
- Give medication reminders (no administration)
- Observe and report changes to the care team
- Follow the VA-approved Plan of Care and document services provided
Qualifications:
- CNA certification or HHA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to follow care plans
