Palms Behavioral Health is seeking an RN for the Nights shift in the Adolescents Unit (Acute) in Harlingen, TX. You will supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs and staff, develop individualized care plans, and ensure patient safety and accurate documentation throughout your shift.
The role requires an active RN license in TX (or a compact state), CPR and de-escalation training, and experience in behavioral health or psychiatric settings is preferred.
