What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the development and operations of a Global Belonging Council to enhance governance and coordination
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform the evolution of the Culture & Belonging strategy
  • Analyze and interpret people and program data to identify trends and insights that inform strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support Employee Belonging Groups and community initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, and divisional offsites
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging; organizational culture; learning & development; or related fields
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
  • Ability to analyze and derive insights from people data related to representation and retention
  • Engaging communicator with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels

  • Strong self-awareness, curiosity, and a growth mindset; adapts effectively to change
