• Be a Team Member
  :
  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively with the team, and be flexible to meet business needs across areas.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, operate and maintain equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, use handheld technology for real‑time decisions on production, ordering, club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality, and encourage adoption of new tools.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive area performance, manage stocking and rotation of merchandise, ensure quality and date controls, eliminate waste, provide member service by recognizing member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, handle payment types, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Advocate for the brand, develop and inspire others toward a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented culture, identify roadblocks, and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, implement action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply these in business processes.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and learn from feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required job training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification.
