Palms Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Adolescent Unit on the Nights shift at our Harlingen, Texas facility. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, develop and evaluate plans of care, and ensure patient safety while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, documenting care, administering medications, and providing education to patients and families. Current RN license and CPR/de-escalation/restraint certification are required.
