Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care on a shift basis. They supervise staff, ensure high-quality and safe nursing practices, and support resource management.
Responsibilities:Coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care, administer medications safely, and adhere to safety, risk management, QI, and infection control standards. Perform all emergency roles as assigned, understand hospital emergency codes, and support disaster response efforts. Ensure patient discharge is optimal and aligned with medical regimes.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate of an accredited nursing school; current licensure/certification as required. Preferred experience in acute care settings. Certifications such as AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP are required if applicable. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
