Greet customers and assist them with merchandise in a courteous and knowledgeable manner;
Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure merchandise presentation meets guidelines;
Perform cleaning tasks and replenish restroom supplies to maintain store standards;
Follow MOS policies and loss prevention practices; assist with cashier transactions as needed;
Provide prompt and friendly service, respond to customer service calls, and escalate to Store Leadership when necessary
