We are looking for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Interact with customers daily, helping them reach mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Enter the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hour.
• Possibility to promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader).
• Apply for an Assistant Manager position, which includes a 6‑month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
