Your RoleAs a Retail Store Manager, you will own the sales and operations of your store, drive business performance and team success, lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will manage inventory, roll out new products and services, and be the heartbeat of your store with day-to-day impact.
Responsibilities- Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
- Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
- Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
- Participate on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
- Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting.
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
- Exceptional sales skills with a drive to exceed performance standards.
- Ability to motivate others and foster a winning team atmosphere.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Enjoy a balanced 8-hour shift, weekdays, and most Saturdays.
