Outside Sales Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts
• Ensure the team stays engaged and motivated
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with leadership
• Report on team numbers to senior leadership
• Coordinate and lead weekly seller meetings
• Assign and validate knocking territories using a strict loop and lap system for turf assignment and reassignment, tracked in Spotio, Sales Rabbit, or Smart Leads depending on carrier
• Build team culture through regular team activities and events
• Train and certify new hires to Chipr's standards
• Lead from the front early on to build credibility and results, then shift focus to coaching and performance management as the team scales
• Build a winning sales culture through daily engagement with the team, on the ground and in team channels
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role

• High School education or higher
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A Mobile phone
• Previous door to door sales experience (at least 1 year)
• Prior team leadership experience preferred

Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building a winning sales culture and engaging team members. Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage performance in a door-to-door sales environment.
