Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns;
Monitor customer and employee traffic, observe for policy violations, and report suspicious behavior, theft-related concerns, and/or hazards according to site procedures;
Support loss prevention and closing or opening activities as directed, including documenting incidents, assisting with crowd management, and helping to maintain orderly operations at the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership
