As Superintendent
- Fabrication, you'll oversee shop and field fabrication operations for sheet metal, piping, and mechanical components, ensuring accurate, timely production for commercial projects. • Supervise fabrication of ductwork, piping, supports, and custom components per blueprints/specs.
• Manage shop workflow, material inventory, equipment maintenance, and crew assignments.
• Enforce safety standards, quality checks, and lean fabrication practices.
• Coordinate with project superintendents and field teams for just-in-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure compliance with codes/standards.
• Train and mentor fabricators on techniques and safety.
• Track productivity, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.

• Yes
  - Lead fabrication shop teams and welders/fitters; manage performance, training, safety.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years in mechanical fabrication (sheet metal/piping), 3+ years supervisory.
• Education:
  
  High school/GED; trade certifications preferred.
• Physical Demands:
  Shop/field; heavy lifting, standing, tool use.
• Work Environment/Safety:
  Fabrication shop/construction sites; PPE/safety critical.

• Fabrication tools/welding, blueprint interpretation, inventory management.
• Team supervision, quality control, safety protocols.
