The Medicalized Care Facility (EAM) supports adults with disabilities in a comprehensive approach—educational, medical, and social—within a calming environment, led by committed multidisciplinary teams. Each support is centered on respecting the life journey, autonomy, and aspirations of the people we host.

We are looking for an Educational and Social Companion or Caregiver (M/F) for the EAM located in Richebourg.

Position in full-time CDD, to be filled as soon as possible.

As an Educational and Social Companion (ESC), you will play a key role in the comprehensive support of residents with disabilities. You will be at the heart of the care and support dynamic, and your main missions will be:

• Ensure a role of proximity, offering listening, comfort, and support to residents.

• Perform preventive and curative care necessary, in collaboration with medical and paramedical teams.

• Accompany residents in daily life activities, particularly in nursing care, meals, comfort, and help with taking treatments.

• Participate in educational action and animation, in close connection with the educational team, to organize activities and promote the autonomy of residents on a daily basis.

• Strong empathy and kindness towards the people we host.

• A strong team spirit and a great ability to collaborate.

• Flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to varied situations.

• The ability to take a step back and manage complex situations with discernment.

• A rigorous sense of writing professional texts.

• A talent for animating workshops and organizing activities.

D.E. ESC or D.E.AS

Remuneration: Remuneration set according to the diploma, previous experiences, and CCN 51.
