This position delivers ice to customers in articulated vehicles (tractor-trailers) that require a CDL class A license. Drivers are either assigned a delivery route or transport truckloads of ice to specific customer locations. The delivery region, route, and type of equipment operated are subject to change depending on business needs.

• Education & Experience Required
  :
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current/valid class A CDL license
  • Driving record that meets or exceeds company-qualifying standards
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a driver in a vehicle similar to the one you will operate during employment
• Education & Experience Preferred
  :
  • Three years previous route delivery driver or DSD experience

• Must be able to drive in stressful environments.
• Unloads, loads, and rotates product in merchandisers / iceboxes.
• Required to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the day.
• Required to work in all weather conditions.
• Weekend, night, and holiday work is a requirement of the position.
• Will perform work in retail stores; frequently driving between retail stores and plant location.
• Overtime may be required.
• Work is conducted in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
