Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas is the tenth largest food service distributor in the nation.

We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.

Labatt wants its Route Drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

• Responsible for delivering and unloading 600 - 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops

• Must have at least 1 year of experience
• Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

• Monday-Friday with dispatch times between 3:00 am - 5:00 am to finish (10-12 hour shifts)
• Up to $1,500 driver referral bonus (offered once employed)

As a Driver Helper, your goal is to be a local Route Driver. The program requires up to 1 year as a Driver Helper. We will help you prepare for your Class A CDL. Once your Class A CDL is obtained, you will be promoted to Student Driver where you will learn how to drive our state-of-the-art trucks for up to 6 months.
