GSL Education partners with a variety of welcoming nursery settings across Harlow and nearby areas , and we are currently expanding our supply team.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience, work in different early years environments, and choose assignments that fit around your availability — all while doing a role you genuinely enjoy.

Supporting children’s growth, learning, and development within Early Years settings

Assisting with creative, play-led activities and daily routines

Helping to maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment

Working collaboratively with nursery practitioners and management teams

Adhering to safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous, though not essential

A caring, dependable, and adaptable nature

Confidence settling into new nursery teams and environments

A genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development

Complete flexibility – work when and where it suits you
