Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects across various sectors.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and RFPs to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Develop detailed bid proposals and maintain organized records of estimates.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost‑tracking support during project execution.
- 5+ years of estimating experience in the commercial, industrial, or institutional construction sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and market conditions.
- Performance bonus plan: up to 10% of base salary.
- Vehicle allowance or company car for business use.
