Job Description
Experience:
Mid Level
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects across various sectors
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and RFPs to determine scope and requirements
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Develop detailed bid proposals and maintain organized records of estimates
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost-tracking support during project execution
- 5+ years of estimating experience in the commercial, industrial, or institutional construction sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
