Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Estimator to join our team. If you are passionate about construction and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects while enjoying industry-leading benefits, including:

• Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and market conditions
• Performance bonus plan:
  Up to 10% of base salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects across various sectors
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and RFPs to determine scope and requirements
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Develop detailed bid proposals and maintain organized records of estimates
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost-tracking support during project execution

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the commercial, industrial, or institutional construction sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
