Job Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products and assemble orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orient and train new team members on the job.
• Communicate properly with customers and co‑workers both verbally and in written form.
• Apply basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
• Provide correct monetary change for cash transactions.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
• Perform various motor coordination tasks, including rapid hand‑eye coordination for precise movements.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Excellent navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses, including adverse terrain.

• Standing, walking, and occasional sitting for tasks such as paperwork.
• Lifting items up to 50 pounds, including cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Carrying tasks such as large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough weighing up to 12 pounds.
• Push and pull trips on dollies, including a force of up to 7.5 pounds for a stack of trays.
• Climb stairs or a ladder for maintenance and storage tasks; may be required to navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
• Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting to stock shelves, clean low areas, and perform other tasks; repeated as needed throughout the shift.
• Reach above 72 and below the waist continually while operating ovens, changing signs, and handling supplies.

• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers to customers.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and vehicle requirements as above.
