Saline Care Nursing and Rehabilitation is a large skilled nursing facility located in Harrisburg, Illinois, providing both long-term geriatric care and specialized services for individuals with behavioral and psychiatric backgrounds. We are currently seeking dependable and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

• 6:00AM - 6:00PM
• 6:00PM - 6:00AM

• Starting Base Pay: $18.00/hour - $24.50/ hour. Based on experience!
• Weekend Differential:
  Paid for hours worked between Saturday 6:00 AM – Monday 6:00 AM
• Pay increases based on relevant experience

• Provide physical and emotional support to residents
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility policy
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care
