Located in Harrisburg, Illinois, our facility is committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care in a supportive and team-focused environment. We are currently hiring for Full-Time Day Shift and Full-Time Night Shift positions and are looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care while working alongside a strong clinical team.

CompensationLPN: $28.00–$30.00/hour based on experience
Night Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour Schedules Available Full-Time Day Shift Full-Time Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Responsibilities Assist with resident assessments and care planning
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Support and collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team Provide direction to nursing assistants
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the State of Illinois Strong clinical and observational skills
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Positive attitude with a commitment to quality resident care Strong communication skills
