Positions Available Full-Time Day Shift

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PMFull-Time Night Shift

Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation $18.00–$24.50/hour (Based on CNA experience)
Additional Pay+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential Competitive wage increases based on experience

Vacation Personal HoursPLAWA and More Responsibilities Assist  residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies

Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Must be at least 18 years of age Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings
