Saline Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Our facility is committed to providing exceptional long-term care and rehabilitation services while creating a supportive environment where residents and employees feel valued.

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the nursing department
• Develop and maintain a culture focused on quality care and resident outcomes
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Oversee nursing policies, procedures, and clinical practices
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement improvement plans
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and department operations

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented leader
