Positions Available Full-Time Day Shift Nurse (RN)
Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN)

Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour(Based on Experience)
Additional Pay & Incentives+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Complete comprehensive resident assessments and document findings accurately

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Excellent clinical judgment and assessment skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
