RN: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

LPN: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time Only – Paid Over One Year

Saline Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our full-time day shift nursing team.

• Consistent full-time scheduling
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $32.00–$34.00/hour
• +$0.10/hour for each verified year of nursing experience, up to 20 years
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $28.00–$30.00/hour
• +$0.10/hour for each verified year of nursing experience, up to 20 years
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Complete resident assessments and documentation
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
