Full-Time Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
RN: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
LPN: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time Only – Paid Over One Year

- Consistent full-time scheduling
- +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
- $32.00–$34.00/hour
- +$0.10/hour for each verified year of nursing experience, up to 20 years
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $28.00–$30.00/hour
- +$0.10/hour for each verified year of nursing experience, up to 20 years
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Plus:
Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a merit-based pay increase.

- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete resident assessments and documentation
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
