What You'll Do

As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you'll install a wide variety of residential comfort systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Install equipment including:
    • Heat Pumps
    • Gas & Oil Furnaces
    • Ductless Mini-Split Systems
    • Boilers
    • Geothermal Systems
    • And other residential HVAC equipment
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed.
  • Mentor and train HVAC helpers, helping develop the next generation of technicians.
  • Complete installations correctly the first time and maintain accurate job documentation.
  • Represent Haller professionally in customers' homes.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Boiler installation experience preferred
  • EPA/CFC Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
  • Pride in delivering quality workmanship
  • A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable using an iPad and communicating professionally through email
  • Technical school or associate degree is a plus, but not required
