You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and monitor equipment data to respond to alarms. The role requires a minimum 3 years in commercial building maintenance, with knowledge of boiler/HVAC operation and CMMS familiarity.
